4-Week Introductory Silks, Hammock & Lyra Course – Your Journey Begins Here!

Are you ready to embark on an exciting new adventure? Our 4-Week Introductory Silks, Hammock & Lyra Course is perfect for adults looking to explore the world of aerial arts — no prior experience required!

Course Details:

When: Fridays, 6:15–7:15 PM
Dates: May 29th – June 19th
Duration: 4 weeks
Cost: $85 (Introductory Special)
Location: 4/19 Allen St, Moffat Beach QLD 4551

What to Wear: Full-length, firm-fitting tights with a singlet or tight-fitting T-shirt. Please avoid clothing with zippers and remove jewellery before class.

Weekly Schedule:

Week 1 – Hammock
Week 2 – Lyra
Week 3 – Silks
Week 4 – Lyra

Learn the Basics: Discover foundational techniques in hammock, lyra, and silks in a supportive, encouraging environment.

Explore Aerial Arts: Each class introduces you to new skills, gently guided and tailored specifically for complete beginners.

No Experience Needed: Designed for beginners, so you can feel confident trying something new!
