Coach Briddy is an accomplished aerialist who has competed at Bend the Air and progressed through to Nationals, showcasing her strength, artistry, and dedication to the sport. She is highly versatile across all apparatus, with a particular passion for aerial silks and Lyra, where her movement quality and performance presence truly shine.

Alongside her aerial career, Briddy also works as a nurse, bringing care, precision, and professionalism into everything she does both in and out of the studio.

This session with Briddy is designed as a creative photoshoot experience, focusing on poses, lighting, and performance quality. Students are encouraged to arrive in costume and ready to explore expressive movement for the camera. Costumes are encouraged (with safety considerations for aerial work, avoid zips etc), helping each participant create striking, memorable imagery in the air.
