Sarah G is passionate about all things aerial and creative movement, with a strong love for performing, Glow workshops, and Aerials. She enjoys both solo and collaborative work.

Alongside her aerial training, Sarah is studying a Creative Arts degree and working in Child Care, blending imagination, care, and creativity across all areas of her life. She is especially excited by performance-based learning and workshops that bring art and movement together.

Her upcoming Glow workshop is a creative arts experience involving body painting with body friendly UV glow paint under UV lighting. You can then create poses or sequences on the Lyra in Doubles or Solos creating striking poses and dynamic reels for the socials. The workshop includes both single and doubles-inspired tricks, with the freedom to work independently or with others, encouraging expression, confidence, and playful exploration in the air. Wear clothes that work nicely under UV lighting too.
