Join us for a hammock combos workshop focused on linking skills together with flow, control, and confidence. This session will explore short sequences and combinations to help you build smooth transitions and expand your movement vocabulary in the air.

Prerequisites: 3 months hammock experience and ability to invert unassisted
Age: 16+ years
Location: 4/19 Allen St, Moffat Beach

Notes:
For aerial work, we recommend wearing full length, firm fitting tights with a singlet or fitted T shirt. Please avoid clothing with zippers and remove jewellery before class.
