Are you new to aerial or looking to refine your basics? This class is perfect for you. Join us for a structured introduction to aerial silks and lyra, including essential conditioning drills for proper technique, safety, and enjoyment.
This workshop is highly recommended for those new to aerial silks, lyra, or hammock classes. Beginners are welcome.
What you will learn:
• Foundations for climbing
• Basic hoop skills
• Foot locks
• Knot skills
• Introduction to inversions

Notes:
For aerial work, we recommend wearing full length, firm fitting tights with a singlet or fitted T shirt. Please avoid clothing with zippers and remove jewellery before class.
