Introducing our new class, "Lyra Burlesque," a 3-week casual series where you'll explore playful, elegant, and sultry aerial sequences. This class focuses on choreography, flow, and performance, rather than learning new technical skills.

What to Expect:

• Choreography & Flow: Move through mini sequences each week, learning how to link movements smoothly and expressively.

• Performance & Choreography: Focus on linking movements and expressing yourself through mini sequences.

• Fun and Expression: Immerse yourself in a dynamic class where creativity and style take center stage.

Prerequisites:
✔ Minimum 3 months of aerial experience
✔ Ability to invert unassisted
✔ Ability to mount the hoop independently (Basket mount, Straddle mount, Side mount)
✔ Ability to hang from the top bar and pull yourself back into the hoop

Who Can Join:
All levels welcome who meet the prerequisites above.

Course Details:

• Duration: 3 weeks only – over the school holidays

• Age: Adults 16+

Notes: For aerial work, we recommend wearing full-length, firm-fitting tights with a singlet or tight-fitted T-shirt. Avoid clothing with zippers and remove jewellery before class.
