Get ready for a fun mash-up class combining aerial hammock, flying pole, and lyra! Perfect for beginners and those building their aerial foundations. All levels and abilities welcome.

Important Notes:

• ❌ Strictly no zippers of any size – they can damage our silks and rigging.

• 👕 For flying pole: wear light, flexible clothing with a tight-fitting sports bra. Please remove all jewellery before class.

• 🧦 Thick socks are highly recommended for flying pole to help avoid burns!
