This class is designed for students who meet the required prerequisites and are ready to expand their aerial hoop skills with more complex positions, transitions, and strength-based movements. The focus is on skill development and technique, rather than routines, allowing students to deepen their practice and gain confidence across all areas of the hoop.
✔ Minimum 1 year of consistent Lyra training
✔ Ability to mount the hoop independently using basket, straddle, and side mount
✔ Ability to hang from the top bar and return to the hoop with control
✔ Pullover to swan from the ground
✔ Single knee hang (minimum 5 seconds each leg)
✔ Comfortable in star hang and front balance
Star hang & balance variations
Elbow hangs, knee hangs & back balance entries
Top bar transitions and strength-based holds
Windmill rolls, flares & controlled dynamic transitions
Note: Regressions and progressions will be offered to support individual needs.
