Teens Lyra Choreography Workshop with Amy O'Brien
Learn a mini routine to music in just 60 minutes!
This workshop isn’t about big, flashy tricks—it’s all about flow, transitions, and musicality. You’ll learn how to link movements smoothly and work with choreography cues to create a short, expressive routine from start to finish all in one class!

Prerequisites:
Intermediate Lyra – must have aerial experience and be familiar with:
Man in the Moon
Delilah
Mermaid
Basket and Straddle entries
Able to basket mount and lower from the top bar
What to Wear:
Full-length, firm-fitting tights and a singlet or fitted T-shirt. Please avoid clothing with zippers and remove all jewellery before class.
