Adults L1 Silks & Lyra

Are you new to aerials or looking to refine your basics? This class is perfect for you! Join us for a structured introduction to aerial silks and Lyra, including essential conditioning drills for proper technique, safety, and, of course, enjoyment! This course is highly recommended for those new to aerial before advancing to Level 2 Silks, Lyra or Hammock classes.

This class will be running weekly and is open to all levels, beginners are welcome to join anytime! 

Age: 16+ Years
Cost: Book in casually $30 or jump on a weekly membership!
Time: Wednesdays, 7:30 - 8:30pm
Location: 4/19 Allen St, Moffat Beach 4551 QLD

Prerequisites: Complete beginners welcome!

Notes: For aerial work, we recommend wearing full-length, firm-fitting tights with a singlet or tight-fitted T-shirt. Please avoid clothing with zippers and remove jewellery before class.
