Level 2 Prerequisites:
- 3 months of pole training
- Ability to mount the pole successfully on your own, executing the following: Basic climb, chair spin, and pole sit
- Capability to hang from the top of the pole and pull yourself back into a controlled position
- Completion of our Level 1 and introductory skills
In this level, you will focus on perfecting advanced spins, climbs, and transitions. You will be challenged with sequences that incorporate various grips and spins.

Notes: For pole work, we recommend wearing shorts and a tank top or tight-fitting sports bra. Please avoid clothing with zippers and remove jewellery before class.
