Adults L2 Hammock
This class is designed for students who have completed at least 3 months of previous classes. Aerial Hammock focuses on exploring tricks, transitions, and movement using an aerial silks sling for support. In this class, students will build and enhance strength, improve flexibility and alignment, and receive training in strong, safe aerial techniques.
Notes: aerial classes we recommend full-length tights that are firm fitting, with a singlet, tight fitted T-shirt. Please avoid wearing clothing with zippers of any size and remove jewellery before class.
