This is an intermediate pole class with prerequisites required for booking. In this class, you will learn sequences that utilise various grips and techniques on the pole.
Level 3 Prerequisites:
- Minimum 12 months of pole training
- Ability to invert unassisted – Students should be comfortable with inverting on the pole without assistance.
- Basic pole tricks – Proficiency in foundational pole moves, such as the pole sit, climb, fireman spin, chair spin, spin pole moves, and basic invert.
- Strength and conditioning – Adequate core, upper body, and grip strength to execute intermediate-level moves, such as shoulder mounts, basic handsprings, and crucifix.
- Ability to hold a strong static position – For example, the pole sit and extended butterfly.
- Some familiarity with pole flow – Ability to transition smoothly between moves and hold poses fluidly.
- Aerial confidence – Comfort with off-the-ground moves and a solid foundation of technique for safety and progression.
In this level, you will focus on refining spins, climbs, and transitions, while tackling more advanced sequences that incorporate a variety of grips, spins, and tricks.
